MAI IMAGE 2.6 / TEXT TO IMAGE

MAI Image 2.6 AI Image Generator

Turn a written direction into an image you can evaluate, refine, and use. Start with one subject and a clear reason for making it.

01 / CREATIVE PRACTICE

Start with the image’s job, not a list of adjectives.

A campaign hero, an editorial opener, and a social post may feature the same subject but need very different compositions. Decide where the image will appear before describing how it should look. A wide banner needs room around the focal point; a small square thumbnail needs a silhouette that remains readable.

Write the subject and its purpose first. Then add the setting, material, camera position, and light. This order makes it easier to identify which part of the brief needs work after the first result.

  • Subject: what is the single most important thing in the frame?
  • Context: where is it, and what belongs around it?
  • Composition: what must remain visible after a crop?
  • Exclusions: what should the image deliberately leave out?

02 / CREATIVE PRACTICE

Generate with the visible model and cost.

The studio identifies the selected MAI Image 2.6 route and displays its current credit cost before you submit. Sign in to associate the request and its result with your account. If a route is not verified or temporarily unavailable, it stays unavailable rather than silently switching to a different model.

Available controls are taken from the connected route. A model-family announcement is not a promise that every endpoint exposes the same dimensions, inputs, or editing options. Use the controls actually shown in the studio.

03 / CREATIVE PRACTICE

Review the result like a creative director.

Check the whole image at its intended display size before inspecting small details. Ask whether the focal point is immediate, the lighting feels coherent, and the composition leaves the space your layout needs.

Then inspect object geometry, repeated patterns, fine edges, and any text. An attractive result is not automatically an accurate depiction of a real product, person, or place. Verify important details before publishing.

04 / CREATIVE PRACTICE

Change one variable at a time.

If the composition works but the lighting does not, keep the subject and framing stable and change the lighting sentence. If the image feels busy, remove secondary objects rather than adding more style words. Small, deliberate revisions make your next result easier to compare.

Download the version you decide to keep and retain the brief alongside it. Check the applicable rights and service terms for your intended use, especially for identifiable people, brand assets, and regulated claims.

AN ORIGINAL STARTING POINT

A brief to make your own.

An editorial photograph of a translucent amber glass vase on pale limestone, with a single sculptural branch. Soft afternoon light from the left, a quiet olive backdrop, and generous negative space on the right. Fine material detail, realistic contact shadows, no text or logos.

This is an example prompt, not a promise of a particular output. Adapt the details to the image you actually need.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more clarity.

Does this studio send me to another website to generate?

No. When the verified MAI Image 2.6 connection is enabled, generation runs through this site’s account, credit, and result workflow. Official Microsoft links are references, not a replacement for the on-site tool.

Can I choose an arbitrary image size?

Use the aspect ratios and other options displayed for the connected route. A written request for a specific size is not a guarantee that an endpoint will return it.
